Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
These terms apply whenever you use Sports Camp OS — whether you run a camp that takes bookings through us, or you're an athlete booking a stay, a session card or a private lesson.
1. Who we are
Sports Camp OS is operated by Level Up Samui Limited Partnership (Registered No. 0843567001623), 59/34 Moo 5, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand. You can reach us any time at support@sportscampos.com.
Sports Camp OS is a booking platform for combat-sports camps in Thailand. Camps publish their packages, rooms and prices on a booking page; athletes book online and pay a deposit by card. All prices on the platform are in Thai Baht (THB).
2. What Sports Camp OS is — and what it isn't
When you book through Sports Camp OS, two different agreements exist, with two different parties:
- Your stay and training — the accommodation, the training sessions, the coaching, and the balance you pay on arrival — are provided by the camp you book, under an agreement between you and that camp. Every camp on the platform acts as a business (a professional trader), not as a private individual.
- Your booking and deposit — the online reservation, the card payment of the deposit, and any refund of that deposit — are handled by us. For the deposit, we are your contractual counterparty and the merchant on your card statement.
In short: the camp is responsible for your stay; we are responsible for your booking, your deposit and this platform.
3. Accounts
Camps and athletes each get an account. Keep the information on your account accurate, and keep your login to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under it. We can suspend or close an account used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
4. Prices, deposit and payment
When an athlete books, they pay a deposit online (15% of the booking price, minimum ฿200). That deposit is our booking fee — it's how the platform earns. The remaining balance is paid directly to the camp on arrival, and never passes through us.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. The deposit charge appears on your card statement under our platform name. Camps pay no subscription: the deposit is the platform's only remuneration.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are refundable in full within these windows:
- Stays — Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Private lessons — Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Session cards — Full refund within 72 hours of purchase if you haven't checked in yet. Sessions never expire.
Refunds are always the full deposit — we never deduct a fee. The full policy, including what happens if the camp cancels, date changes, no-shows and events outside anyone's control, is in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Because your booking is for accommodation and leisure services on specific dates, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 16(l), Directive 2011/83/EU). The free-cancellation windows above apply instead.
6. Camp content
Photos, descriptions, schedules and prices on a camp's booking page are provided by the camp. We require camps to keep them accurate and up to date, but we don't independently verify every detail. If something on a camp page doesn't match reality, tell us at support@sportscampos.com — we follow up with the camp.
7. Training and safety
Muay Thai and other combat sports are physically demanding and carry inherent risks of injury. By booking, you confirm you understand those risks and that you are fit to train. Training is delivered and supervised by the camp, which sets its own safety rules — follow them, and tell your coaches about any injury or medical condition that matters.
We strongly recommend travel and health insurance that covers combat-sports training for every stay.
8. Age
You must be at least 18 to book. A stay for a minor must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the minor's details and remains responsible for them under the camp's rules.
9. Our platform
The Sports Camp OS name, software and design belong to Level Up Samui Limited Partnership. Camps keep the rights to their own photos and content, and give us permission to display them on the platform. Don't copy, scrape or resell any part of the platform.
10. Liability
Our responsibility to you is limited to what we actually control: the booking platform and your deposit. Our total liability for a booking is capped at the amount of the deposit paid for it. We are not liable for the stay and training themselves, which the camp provides.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. If something goes wrong at the camp
If a camp cancels your booking, closes, or is removed or suspended from the platform before your arrival, we refund your deposit in full — whatever the date. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the details, including events outside anyone's control.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify account holders of material changes. The version in force when you make a booking is the one that applies to that booking.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws allow.
If there's a problem, contact us first at support@sportscampos.com — most issues are resolved in a few days, directly.
